    Description

    Francis Scott Key Document Signed, "F. S. Key." 7.75" x 10" one page, partially printed document, Washington, DC; April 30, 1810. Key, at the time practicing as a lawyer in Washington, DC, signed this document which states James Wilkinson, James Blake, and Roger Nelson "are held and firmly bound unto Washington Boyd, Marshal of the said District of Columbia, in the just and full sum of Ten Thousand Dollars." The document appears to have been filled in as well as signed by Key.

    Condition: The document has the usual folds; otherwise good.
