Description
Erwin Rommel Signed Photograph. Measuring 5" x 7", Field Marshal Rommel is featured from the chest up in this black and white photograph wearing his double breasted overcoat, gloves, and officer's cover. At his neck is the Iron Cross and he holds his field marshal's baton in his right hand. He appears to be sitting, likely in the rear seat of his staff car. He has signed "Rommel" across his breast near the lower edge. This photograph has remained in the possession of the family of Rommel's aide-de-camp, Capt. Hellmuth Lang, until the present day.Condition: The photograph is slightly rolled, else in fine condition.
