An 8" x 10" color photograph of Eisenhower and Moaney posing with fish they have caught, mounted to an overall size of 10.25" x 13.25" (sight). Eisenhower writes on the mount: "With best wishes - To Moaney - a master fisherman, from his friend Dwight D. Eisenhower." Also signed by Aksel Nielsen, philanthropist and financier who was a close friend and financial advisor to Eisenhower: "To John Moaney. A swell friend to go fishing with. 1953. Aksel Nielsen." From the Estate of Malcolm S. Forbes.
Condition: Color has faded a bit, but retains excellent detail. Scattered foxing and light staining to mat, affecting Nielsen's signature and the date. Framed to an overall size of 12.5" x 15.5".
