Dwight Eisenhower Photograph Signed and Inscribed to his Personal Valet, John Moaney. An 8" x 10" color photograph of Eisenhower and Moaney posing with fish they have caught, mounted to an overall size of 10.25" x 13.25" (sight). Eisenhower writes on the mount: "With best wishes - To Moaney - a master fisherman, from his friend Dwight D. Eisenhower." Also signed by Aksel Nielsen, philanthropist and financier who was a close friend and financial advisor to Eisenhower: "To John Moaney. A swell friend to go fishing with. 1953. Aksel Nielsen." From the Estate of Malcolm S. Forbes.
Condition: Color has faded a bit, but retains excellent detail. Scattered foxing and light staining to mat, affecting Nielsen's signature and the date. Framed to an overall size of 12.5" x 15.5".

The pre and post sales experience was wonderful and flawless. Heritage has the best in-house operation I have ever seen and their people are not only professional but fun to work with, especially Steve C.

As for Heritage's online system… Yes the interface is more complex than what we are used to with SAN but what is behind that interface is amazing for sellers and buyers alike. It is real time and for a real serious auction buyer there is nothing better in the auction industry, bar none.
