DescriptionCharles Lindbergh Photograph Signed "Charles A. Lindbergh." Silver gelatin print, 2.5" x 2.75", no date (circa late 1920s). The young pilot appears in a white shirt, coat, and tie. He has signed his name in blue ink above his head to the left. Lindbergh won the $25,000 Orteig Prize when, at the age of 25, he flew his plane the Spirit of St. Louis nonstop from New York to Paris in 33 ½ hours on May 20-21, 1927. Unevenly cut around the edges; slight smudging of the ink, not affecting the signature. Fine. From the Richard Blythe Aviation Collection.

As for Heritage's online system… Yes the interface is more complex than what we are used to with SAN but what is behind that interface is amazing for sellers and buyers alike. It is real time and for a real serious auction buyer there is nothing better in the auction industry, bar none.
