    Description

William F. "Buffalo Bill" Cody: Autograph Letter Signed [ALS]. 8" x 10" letter written on two sheets of writing paper, New Rochelle, New York, February 8, 1916, simply signed "Brother". Cody strongly advises his sister to not work so hard on household duties and cut back on church work. He discusses an upcoming lecture series and some friction with motion picture producers. "I too am working too hard and am being persecuted by H. H. Tammen. He even tried to stop my useing [sic] the war pictures. But the spare one of the partners in the picture company is staying by me and I will open with the pictures here in New Rochelle February 11th... I lecture on the pictures and on preparedness the same time... Lecturing is a new game for me but I believe I can do it." A rather poignant letter written towards the tail end of the showman's life as he explored new means of making a living. From the Estate of Robert (Bobby) Palazzo, Westlake Village, Ca.

This was my first time dealing with an auction house, and I am 100% completely impressed with Heritage. There is not an aspect of this process that I have a critique for.
