    Pair of Cowboy Boots Marked CP and Attributed to Texas Ranger Captain Clint Peoples with Letter From Peoples Confirming Ownership. Comprising: 1) Pair of light brown Justin cowboy boots. Approximately size 10. Well-worn leather straps with CP carved in each. Marked "Justin/Ft. Worth." Containing shoe trees marked "size 10." 2) Letter on Texas Ranger Hall of Fame stationery signed by Peoples. Dated March 9, 1981 Peoples writes, "...and a pair of boots that I have worn many years in the Texas Ranger service and also as a United States Marshal with the initials 'CP' on the boot straps." Letter contained in Hall of Fame envelope. 3) First Edition Hardbound copy of "Clint Peoples Texas Ranger" by Day. Condition: 1) Fine. Light to moderate age wear. 2) Fine. Age wear to both. Small holes to envelope flap. 3) Excellent.
