    Henry Ward Beecher Autograph Letter Signed. One page, 4.75" x 8", October 10, 1885, Brooklyn, New York, on Beecher's personal stationery, to "Pach Bros.", concerning "a framed copy of the military group which you took at Peekskill Camp ground". Toned; fine.

    More Information:

    The Pach Brothers, Gustavus and Gotthelf, were photographers based in New York City. The letter reads in part: "I think it Excellent. Even the Chaplain looks in fighting mood." Also included is an engraving of Henry Ward Beecher, a clergyman and social reformer.
