    Collection of Early 20th Century Opera Star Signatures. Approximately 15 ink signatures on colored cards of approximately 5.5" x 2" including: Geraldine Farrar (1882-1967)- dated 1947; Helen Traubel (1899-1972); Gladys Swarthout (1900-1969); Risë Stevens (1913- ); Bidu Sayao (1902-1999)- dated 1947; Ferruccio Tagliavini (1913-1995)- on the same card with his wife Pia Tassinari; Helen Jepson (1905-1997); Lily Pons (1898-1976)- signature a bit light in places from pen skips; Lucrezia Bori (1887-1960); Amelita Galli-Curci (1882-1963)- date 1948; Carmela Ponselle (1892-1977) and her sister Rosa Ponselle (1897-1981); Edith Mason (1892-1973)- has added a quote from Madama Butterfly; Frieda Hempel- (1885-1955)- closely cut affecting parts of the signature. All in fine condition (except where noted) and mounted on larger cards with typewritten biographical information.
