Apollo 11 Crew-Signed Beta Cloth Mission Insignia Patch. A 9" square swatch of Beta cloth material with the 3.375" diameter color mission insignia printed in the center. Just beneath, the crew of the first manned lunar landing mission has signed: "Neil Armstrong", "M Collins", and "Buzz Aldrin". Collins was the designer of this famous crew patch. At the very top is written: "Jim McBarron CSD Space Suit Section Chief", the original recipient of this item. An extremely desirable piece of memorabilia. Extremely fine condition with verso mounting traces along the outside and some light staining that shows through a bit. Nothing affects the graphic or the signatures.
