Accompanied by two cartes de visite, each measuring approximately 2.5" x 4.25", one of the famous poet and the other of his wife, Fanny. One of America's most beloved poets, many of Longfellow's works are still popular today including The Song of Hiawatha, Paul Revere's Ride, and Evangeline.
Condition: Signature is lightly toned around edges. The two CDVs are toned throughout, with some small areas of soiling and foxing. Overall very fine.
