    Sergei Rachmaninoff Autograph Musical Quotation Signed "Sergei Rachmaninoff" on a page in a black leather bound album, 6.25" x 4", New York; circa 1934. The album contains at least 22 autographs collected by Louise H. Marvin of Buffalo, New York. Rachmaninoff has written two bars of music with a boldly written treble clef, and added his signature. The book contains other signatures of notable singers and musicians such as Danish-American opera singer Lauritz Melchior, actress and mezzo-soprano Gladys Swarthout, pianist Mischa Levitzki, and Australian composer and singer Ernest Hutcheson.

    Condition: Leather is worn at corners and spine ends. Title page has become detached, and binding is separated from spine. Light soiling in places.
