    Cartoonists Signature Collection. This lot contains eight items signed by cartoonists and illustrators. The highlight of this lot is that several of the items signed by the cartoonists contain drawings and doodles. Nothing captures the character of a cartoonist or illustrator more than the characters that they create. Included in this lot are: Bud Fisher, creator of "Mutt & Jeff", (Signature); Bert Green, 1920s cartoonist, (TLS, Signature); J.R. Williams, cartoonist, creator of "Out Our Way", (Signature 3x, Drawing); Sidney Smith, creator of "The Gumps", (Signature and Drawing); Cliff Sterrett, creator of many strips including, "Polly and Her Pals", "Sweethearts and Wives", and "Damon and Pythias," (Signature and Drawing).

    The items in this lot are in very fine condition overall. Accompanied by LOA from PSA/DNA.
