Apollo 13 Mission Control Photo Montage Signed by Kranz, Griffin, and Lunney. A 10" x 8" glossy photo on Fujicolor Crystal Archive paper bearing two B&W images, both taken April 17, 1970, along with a ghosted color image of the mission insignia. One photo depicts the mission controllers with tense, worried looks as taken during the critical re-entry phase. The other is of the same group celebrating as the crew is safe and sound on the Iwo Jima (Griffin is even smoking a cigar). Signed in lower left border: "Gene Kranz/ 'White' Flight", "Gerry Griffin/ Gold Flight", and "Glynn Lunney/ 'Black' Flight". This beautifully shows the emotional roller coaster the ground team endured on the day Apollo 13 made it back to earth. Excellent.
