Apollo 12 Crew-Signed Mission Summary Document. One page, printed on NASA letterhead, 8" x 10.5", no date, Houston, Texas, titled "Apollo 12". An interesting summary of this second manned lunar landing mission. It reads, in part: "...The Saturn V rocket carrying the Command Module Yankee Clipper and the Lunar Module Intrepid, lifted off from Cape Kennedy, Florida on November 14, 1969... The crew overcame the initial difficulties of lightning striking the rocket at lift-off and resultant technical difficulties which threatened the mission. The crew continued to the moon and achieved successful lunar orbit. Astronauts Conrad and Bean descended to the lunar surface site known as the Sea of Storms... After a successful departure, Astronauts Conrad, Gordon, and Bean returned to Earth..." It is signed below the text, each above their printed name and position: "Charles Conrad Jr", "Richard Gordon", and "Alan L Bean". Excellent condition. From the Steven R. Belasco Collection of Space Memorabilia.
