Stanton, Horatio King, Simon Cameron, Gideon Welles, James Speed, Edward Bates, Caleb B. Smith, John Palmer Usher, Hugh McCulloch, Montgomery Blair, Salmon P. Chase, Hannibal Hamlin, William H. Seward, William Dennison, James Harlan, George Harrington, John Hay, Reuben D. Mussey, Jr., and John Adams Dix.

    Condition: Toned throughout, with dampstaining top right. Slight silvering to albumens. Handwriting in ink and pencil is bold and clear.
