    Alan Bean Typed Letter and Lunar Surface Photo Signed. Two signed items, as follows:
    (1) One page, personal letterhead, 8.5" x 11", no date, Houston, Texas, to Brian, sending detailed information about the mission and get well wishes. It reads, in part: "...we had the first real scientific exploration of the moon... On the moon I was always in a hurry to see the next site... most future space explorations will still have astronauts. And some day you may be one of them..." Signed: "Alan Bean/ Apollo 12". Originally purchased from Steven S. Raab (invoice included).
    (2) A 10" x 8" glossy B&W photo of Alan Bean posing next to the Surveyor III spacecraft on the moon. Boldly signed: "Alan Bean/ Apollo 12".
    These would look great matted together. Both in excellent condition. From the Steven R. Belasco Collection of Space Memorabilia.
