With a notary endorsement and signature at bottom. Angus McNeill first became acquainted with Jim Bowie in Mississippi in 1826. They were both friends as well as business associates, and their relationship may well have been the impetus for McNeill's move to Texas in 1835.
Condition: Evenly toned, with a few stray ink stains, and wear with small chips along right margin.
