    This copy of Casey's book belonged to Charles H. Buehler, a resident of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, who has placed his name and residence on the front pastedown of each volume. His name is also stamped on the page edges of each book. Buehler enlisted in the Union army as captain of Company "E," 2nd Pennsylvania Infantry on April 20, 1861, and was mustered out at Harrisburg three months later.
