Lot of Three Assorted Loading Tools. Comprising: 1.) Winchester Primer Device. Made for .32 W.C.F. caliber. Two-date patent. 2.) Colt Patent Two-Cavity Bullet and Ball Mould. Made for approximately .36 caliber. 3.) Old Tin Powder Can with Lid. Label reading: CARVER / PAWLET, VT / FINE PRIMING POWDER. Measures 1 1/2-inches in diameter and depth.
Condition: All good. Each with noticeable wear and pitting scattered throughout.

David Mamet's Notes: 1). This was a gift from my great friend Chris Kaldor. He was my hunting buddy in Vermont, and appeared in many of my films. He was the Town Clerk of Cabot, Vermont for many years (the Mayor) and they would have elected him forever, as he was an honest, wise and upright man.

2). A two cavity bulled-and-ball mold, marked Colt's Patent. Seems to be around .32 caliber. Also used for a long while by me as a paperweight. I recommend them.

3). Old tin powder can. I would guess it to be for priming powder. 1 ½ inch diameter, 1 ½ inch high. Old label, written in ink reads: (Illegible first name) Carver. Pawlet, VT, and, beneath it, Oh. Look here: Fine Priming Powder. What an eye. Nice black japanned tin. I have always used it for holding a roll of stamps.

The pre and post sales experience was wonderful and flawless. Heritage has the best in-house operation I have ever seen and their people are not only professional but fun to work with, especially Steve C.

As for Heritage's online system… Yes the interface is more complex than what we are used to with SAN but what is behind that interface is amazing for sellers and buyers alike. It is real time and for a real serious auction buyer there is nothing better in the auction industry, bar none.
