Right side of frame above serial no. marked: United States Property. Custom marblized black grips. 2) Stetson Hat. Light felt. 3 1/2-inch brim with 4-inch crown. Size 7 1/8. Marked in ink inside sweatband: Sgt. Johnny Krumnow [signature] Texas Ranger Co. A. 3) 1 7/8-inch diameter circle and star badge marked: Texas/[state flag]/Ranger. Reverse unmarked with safety pin catch. 4) Department of Public Safety Special Texas Ranger identification card belonging to Johnny Krumnow. 5) Business Card of Krumnow as Private Investigator. 6) Lieutenant's Badge from Harris County Sheriff's Department. Die-stuck five-pointed star surmounted with eagle. Ribands reading: Lieutenant/Harris County/Sheriff Dept./Johnny Havens. Reverse unmarked and with safety catch. 7) File containing 8-inch x 10-inch black and white portraits of Krumnow as well as newspaper articles detailing several investigations involving Texas Ranger Johnny Krumnow. 8) 1 1/2-inch diameter circle and star motif badge, possibly silver with the legend: Dept. Criminal Justice/Lieutenant/Texas. Reverse suggests coin was once a Cinco Peso. Safety catch. Coined edge. 9) Eagle and Shield motif badge from Pleasant Valley Texas. Nickel-plated. 10) Plated Conroe Texas Police badge. Wreath border. Blue enamel riband overlays. Safety clasp on reverse. 11) Tooled leather pistol belt ensemble with hunting knife and scabbard. 12) Four Pleasant Valley Police patches. From the estate of Houston collector Brent Burg. Condition: 1) Very good to fine as re-finished. Retaining approximately 80-85% of an old re-nickel with scattered fine scratches and light handling wear. Fair bore with moderate wear. 2) Very good to fine. Light age wear and patina. 3-8) Good to very good. All with light age wear and patina. 9-12) Very good to fine with light handling wear.
