Decoratively notched back edge. Ricasso marked, "ROB MOLE & SONS/MAKERS/BIRMINGHAM/12. Reverse ricasso with broad arrow proof marks. Grip ferrule marked, ' 1.GOR. 8." Ebonized grip and brass crown pommel cap. 3) Scottish Dirk Scabbard. Does not fit #2 above. Of leather and steel construction. 12-inch overall length. 4) Etched blade dagger. 18-inch slightly curved blade etched with floral motifs. Etched brass grip and knucklebow. Circular pommel cap. 5) Spanish Bayonet and Scabbard. 15 5/8-inch blade with ricasso marked, "ARTILLERIA/[crossed cannon]/ FCA NACIONAL/TOLEDO." Checkered hardwood grip panels. Contained in brown leather scabbard with steel mounts. 6) German Bayonet and Scabbard. 14 ½-inch blade with wide fuller. Ricasso marked: "F.W.HOLLER/SOLINGEN." Contained in steel scabbard with leather throat. 7) Leather Scottish Sporran. Braided rawhide drops and pocket cover. Reverse with integral belt loop. 8) Beautiful Horse Hair Scottish Sporran. Six brass and white hair tassles. Brass trim stamped, "WALLACE SCOTT & CO./GLASGOW.". Reverse with belt loop and buttoned pocket. Leather stamped with maker's mark and inventory number. 9) Seal Skin Sporran with Leather Belt. Contemporary example with silver clasp and marked, "MADE IN SCOTLAND." Seal skin drops with silver pommels. Reverse a fine green leather with fine linked chain and leather carrying strap. 10) Antique Leather Shot Pouch. Brass neck and fitted cork stopper. Old twine hanger. Shot present in pouch. Condition: 1) Fair. Heavy age wear and patina. 2) Good. Blade with moderate age wear and patina. Grip with scattered dents. Age wear and patina to pommel. 4) Fair. Blade with moderate age wear and patina and fine pitting. Edge with nicks. Old repair at top of guard now loose. Minor dents to grip. 5) Fair to good. Blade a dull gray patina with scattered patches of fine pitting. Age wear and spotting throughout. Scabbard fair with heavy wear. Tip separating from leather. 6) Fair. Heavy age wear and patina. 7) Very good to fine. Light age wear and patina. 8) Very good to fine. Light age wear and patina. Leather with some dryness and scuffs. 9) Excellent. 10) Fair to good. Much crackling and dryness to leather.
