    "Diamond Ted" Lewis: A Fine Grouping of Leather Items, Etc. All owned and used by the famous showman, with letter of authentication from the family member who consigned them:
    1. Hitched horsehair quirt,
    2. Tooled leather rifle scabbard, stamped "Western Saddle Mfg. Co., Denver, Colo." Deep floral pattern, basket stamp version, "x" pattern on strapping,
    3. Black basket weave holster stamped "Simons / Albuquerque,"
    4. Blond leather bolster,
    5. Home-made shoulder rig,
    6. "Batwing" chaps, cream-colored tanned deerskin, c. 1925 vintage, elaborately decorated with leather strips and rhinestone studding. Doubtless worn by "Diamond Ted" while performing.
