    Lot of Tin Litho Toys, Windup, Friction by Various Makers. This large lot includes three Marx tin toys; a Disney windup convertible, 11"L x 2.5"H x 4"W with plastic Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse figures; a #15 Yellow Cab windup, 6.5"L x 2.5"H x 2"W; and a battery operated college jalopy, 4.5"L x 3"H x 2.5"W. Condition: Light play wear to all examples, mechanisms have not been tested, else all in very good condition.

    Also included are five tin litho toys by various makers, and in various sizes; a Marx "Gold Star Transfer Company" truck, a Marx "Toy Town Express Van Lines" delivery truck, a Modern Toy battery-operated "Big Ring Circus" truck, a friction Boeing 727 in the original box, and battery-operated farm truck. Condition: All examples bear light to moderate play wear with the usual scrapes, dings and shallow dents, else they are all in generally good condition.

    Finally, the lot is rounded out with three tin-litho windups including; the Marx Honeymoon Express Train; a New York Central "O" gauge locomotive with a Popeye Airplane; and a Marx Sky Hawk Air Race Set. The Honeymoon Express is 9.25", tin litho with a windup mechanism and the original box showing wear; the locomotive is 8.5"L x 3"T, tin litho with a windup mechanism, attached to the roof of the cab is an 8" wire with Popeye in an airplane at the end, painted on the bottom of the locomotive is "Model No. 347 - 5/16/36". This could be an experimental prototype. The Marx Sky Hawk Air Race set is 8" tall, tin litho with a windup mechanism, the airplanes circle the control tower. Condition: The Honeymoon Express has light play wear, else very fine, the box is toned with moderate wear; the locomotive shows moderate wear; the key wind mechanism slips on the Air Race set, else fine.
