    Small Framed Cross-Stitched Representation of Lincoln Home by Carrol. This stylishly embroidered modern keepsake depicts the only house that Abraham and Mary Todd Lincoln ever owned, and reads "The Lincoln Home 1844-1861 Carrol". The Lincolns lived in this Springfield, Illinois home from 1844 until Lincoln's election to the White House in 1861. The visible portion measures 10.5" x 10.5", and is framed to an overall size of 12.25" x 12.25". This piece is composed of woven cotton thread in a multitude of colors on square beige linen, and is a beautiful display piece.
