    More Information: Six hand-colored engravings from John Wilkes' Encyclopaedia Londinensis (London: 1796-1828). Prints include: Camelus, the Dromedary, or Arabian Camel, Plate I. [and:] Camelus, The Bactrian Camel, Plate II. [and:] Camelus, the white Tartarian Camel, or Dromedary. [and:] Cervus, The Cameleopardalus, or Giraffe, Plate I. [and:] Felis, The Lioness and Whelps, Plate II. [and:] Felis, The Royal Bengal Tiger, Plate III. All are in very good condition with general toning to paper, darker towards the edges, with light foxing, very small tears/pin holes. All have light penciled notations. All measure 10.5 x 8.5 inches.
