    Description

Ring-necked Duck Audubon Royal Octavo Print. Plate number 398 features the Ring-necked Duck. A male and female of the species are shown stargazing on the bank of a pond or lake. The male has dark almost black feathers and a striated bill. The female is a duller brown color with a more solid toned bill. One page of text accompanies this print, which contains facts and observations made by Audubon. In pristine condition; light overall toning around the edges, but otherwise clean. The holes are on the right side of the page from being disbound.
