    Description

    Currier & Ives "An Early Start" Lithograph. From the American Hunting Scenes Series this lithograph dates to 1863. It was painted by A.F. Tait and then printed by Currier & Ives. Measuring 30" x 21"; in good condition. Print has several smoke or burn marks around the edges; paper has begun to flake due to acid degradation; small tears on upper edge, lower edge, and left edge. This print will still display nicely despite the wear.
