    Description

Group Lot of Early Black Ephemera consisting of cards picturing Josephine Baker, advertising and diecut paper, and two very early prints picturing Black scenes. Dating from the early 1800s these two prints are in fine condition, although the borders on both show aging and edge damage. Often used to decorate cakes or party favors the diecut figures are colorful and exquisite, measuring approximately 3". Another highlight of this grouping is the photograph of an early minstrel blackface, autographed by the actor himself. This interesting lot is full of collectible treasures.
