    Description

Jack Johnson Fight Cards and Photograph. An excellent set including three (3) real-photo postcards of Jack Johnson in action with one very dramatic image of Johnson losing the Heavyweight Championship to Jess Willard in Havana in 1915; Johnson's trainer leans over the fallen boxer and members of the audience attempting to rush the platform. Also includes an additional shot of the Johnson-Willard match with Johnson on his back taking the count. Together with a postcard and a 9.5" x 7.5" enlargement of the 1910 Jeffries-Johnson Fight showing Jeffries landing his famous left to Johnson. Together, four great pieces.

The pre and post sales experience was wonderful and flawless. Heritage has the best in-house operation I have ever seen and their people are not only professional but fun to work with, especially Steve C.

As for Heritage's online system… Yes the interface is more complex than what we are used to with SAN but what is behind that interface is amazing for sellers and buyers alike. It is real time and for a real serious auction buyer there is nothing better in the auction industry, bar none.
