John Davis Cigar Inner Label Proof, eleven-color, 10" x 7". A portrait of early arctic explorer John Davis (1550 - 1605) is shown in his Elizabethan ruff. Smaller vignettes show Davis in the field and a geographic still life. Printer's color bars along lower margin, register marks throughout. This label has been encapsulated and graded EX 7 by GCLGS.
