Description
Greater Columbia Cigar Label by American Lithographic Co. Full color lithographed 10" x 6" inner label copyrighted 1899 and embellished with gold-embossing. A standing Columbia wears a liberty cap and is draped with an American flag. Behind her is a globe on which the Philippines, the Sandwich Islands, Cuba, and Puerto Rico are named. The whole of this patriotic composition celebrates the recent defeat of Spanish colonialism by American democracy. Minor wear to two corners, else excellent condition. This label is listed as one of the "InStone 100" blue chip cigar labels.Loading guides...
