    Grand Chief Past Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers "The Greatest Labor Leader of Them All" Inner Proof Cigar Label by Heywood, Strasser & Voigt, Litho. Co. N.Y. A ten-color lithographed 10" x 7" inner proof label with a central portrait of P. M. Arthur, Grand Chief of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers, flanked by smaller vignettes with railroad themes. The label bears an October 6, 1885 patent date. A superbly detailed label and exceptionally colorful. This label has been encapsulated and graded EX 7 by GCLGS.
