    Daniel Manning Cigar Inner Label Proof by Heywood, Strasser & Voigt Lithographers, New York, eleven-color, 10" x 7". A portrait of Manning is next to a pile of money and a picture of the U.S. Treasury building. He had served as Secretary of the Treasury from 1885 until 1887. Printer's color bars along lower margin, register marks on four sides. This label has been encapsulated and graded VF 6 by GCLGS. From The Richard Revolinski Collection.
