Buffalo Bill: Parker Brothers Game from 1898. Well before Hopalong Cassidy and Tom Mix, there was Buffalo Bill, a hero for countless American children. Parker Brothers of Salem, Massachusetts, parlayed his popularity with their own creation: "The Game of Buffalo Bill". The lid to this board game has been handsomely matted and framed. It measures 14.5" x 8.5" [sight] and has colorful images of a youthful Cody hunting buffalo and acting as a scout for U.S. troops. A sleeve on the back of the frame contains what appears to be the bottom of the box. It measures 15" x 9" and features two images of Cody, a buffalo hunt, a military camp, an Indian camp, an Indian chief, tomahawk, spear and arrow quiver. The course of the game takes the players through various hazards and adventures, hopefully ending in a safe return to camp. There is some loss, as shown, but it remains quite colorful and graphic. Game pieces are not included.

This was my first time dealing with an auction house, and I am 100% completely impressed with Heritage. There is not an aspect of this process that I have a critique for.
