    Annie Oakley: A Scarce, Early Marlin Rifle Advertising Card. Marlin reproduced one of Annie Oakley's target cards to promote its Model 1891 lever-action rifle, the first Marlin designed for .22 caliber. Marlin's Model 39 was the successor to the Model 1891 (see Lots 44020 and 44021). One horizontal crease and a couple other partial creases, otherwise very good condition. 5" x 3". This lot will be accompanied by a family letter of provenance.
