Picklers and Preservers (Pittsburg: Heinz, 1895). This awesome stringbound catalog has literally dozens of full-page color lithographs on heavyweight paper of the Heinz plants and products with full descriptive text. It is 7.5" x 10.5", in good condition with some professional restoration on the front cover. The next item is a hardbound book, Henry J. Heinz A Biography by E. D. McCaffery (New York: Bartlett Orr, 1923), first edition, 233 pages with 18 full plate illustrations, original green cloth, 8vo (5.25" x 8"). An illustrated biography of this business giant written by his former private secretary. Good condition. A great lot for the historian.
