    Description

1904 Budweiser Girl in Original Frame! This is the original, the alpha, the first Bud girl! While she is not equipped with the recognizable bikini and knee high boots she is no less appealing! In 1883 this lovely lady burst onto the beer advertising scene, with her pink dress, big blue eyes, and the provocative "Showing a Little Ankle" pose. Her appearance would not change until 1907 when Budweiser introduced a Bud girl with a red dress and different hairstyle. This beauty has a few condition problems; there are several holes around the edges of the picture, there is significant rubbing of the ink around her knees and face, and the backing she is painted on has begun to warp slightly with age. The frame, however, is in excellent condition with only minor fading of the paint. Overall, this is a fantastic display piece for any breweriana collection. She would look perfect next to any modern Bud girl; certain to show her up!

The pre and post sales experience was wonderful and flawless. Heritage has the best in-house operation I have ever seen and their people are not only professional but fun to work with, especially Steve C.

As for Heritage's online system… Yes the interface is more complex than what we are used to with SAN but what is behind that interface is amazing for sellers and buyers alike. It is real time and for a real serious auction buyer there is nothing better in the auction industry, bar none.
