DescriptionTod Sloan Label-Under-Glass Premier Whiskey Bottle Named for the Famous Horse Racing Jockey. Not many whiskey back bar bottles can garner interest from several categories of collecting. This rare label-under-glass whiskey bottle with bubble neck, displays the portrait of Tod Sloan, an 1880s jockey who spent his career in thoroughbred racing. This rare example has one very hard-to-see crack running from the bottom of the "K" in "Whiskey" through the "L" in "Sloan". Still none of the label has suffered any damage and the bottle displays as near mint. It's not often we see label-under-glass bottles that convey horse racing history and this is a very fine example.
