Lot of Two England Brasher Flintlock Pistols.

Unserialized, approximately .64 caliber, 13-inch two-staged barrels. Lightly engraved locks and hammers. Locks marked: BRASHER. Flintlock actions. Smooth hardwood straight stocks. Metal triggerguard. Brass-tipped wood ramrods. The principal maker was John Brasher (1758-1836). He operated in Birmingham and London, though many of his pistols are marked "London". He is known for fine quality flintlock pistols.

Condition: Very good. Finish primarily a bright grey patina with signs of handling wear and pitting. Scuffs and dings present to wood. Actions function. Moderately pitted bores.
