Texas Pamphlet: The City and County/of/El Paso, Texas,/Containing Useful and Reliable Information Concerning/The Future Great Metropolis of the Southwest./Its Resources and Advantages/for the/Agriculturist, Artisan and Capitalist." (El Paso, Texas: Times Publishing Co., 1886.), 84 pages, 5.5" x 8.5". Original light blue wrappers, tiny holes at lower right border on cover and on spine. Map of Mexico, 20" x 15", in color, is folded into eight sections and attached before the back outside wrap. Titled in Spanish, "Mexico Mapa de las lineas del Ferrocarril Central y Conecciones," it depicts the lines of the Central Railroad from El Paso to Mexico City, with connections to Guadalajara and Tampico. Minor separation at one of the cross-folds. Fine condition.Auction Info
