William Taft Typed Letter Signed "Wm H Taft". One page of a bifolium, 5.5" x 9", Washington, D.C.; January 10, 1906. Typed on War Department letterhead and addressed to William Eleroy Curtis, Esq. A brief letter concerning matters that will be discussed in Congress, including "the exhibit about the importation of Martinique women". Boldly signed by Taft.

Condition: With a flattened mail fold. There is mounting and adhesive residue on verso, else very good.
