Description

Rocket Engine Oxidizer Mixer/Valve, circa Late 1960s/1970s, Parker Hannifin Label. Measures approximately 18" x 15" inches. Includes the original ID faceplate, made by the Parker Hannifin Company. It still has the partial paper insulation covering, which lists "Rocket Oxidizer - Liquid oxygen - Press. 125 PSI." Includes some connector cables and shows wear from use. Our consignor reached out to both NASA and Parker Hannifin Company for any relevant historical info on it. NASA was able to find a diagram of the part from an AS-201 manual and Parker Hannifin was able to fill in some more details on it. Copies of all documents mentioned included with lot. Possibly flown. Worthy of further research. Very good.
