Description
U.S. Ithaca Gun Co. Model 1911 A1 Army Semi-Automatic Pistol.Serial no. 2651087, .45 caliber, 5-inch barrel with fixed front and rear sights. Parkerized finish. Right side of frame marked: UNITED STATES PROPERTY and M 1911 A1 U.S. ARMY, along with ordnance proof. Checkered hard rubber grip panels. Grip safety. Lanyard ring. Manufactured in 1945.
Condition: Good. Retaining approximately 85-90% finish with a few thin spots and relief edges. Scattered signs of handling wear and fine patches of pitting. Action good. Bright bore.
