Inscribed on the front free-endpaper: "To Lilian / From an old friend / Zane Grey". Octavo. 291 pages and six illustrated plates.Publisher's decorated cloth with rubbing and toning. Abrading to extremities with several small gouges to front board. Hinges broken, with frontispiece and the first four leaves partially detached. Light foxing to endpapers. Fore-edge is untrimmed and shows some minor abrading to leaves and plates. An about good copy of the author's first book.
