Description
Elaborately Tooled Double Row Cartridge Belt. The double strap and buckle belt is covered in a hand-tooled floral design and measures 38" at the smallest and up to 41¾" at the longest. There are two rows of cartridge loops, each with a stitched leather ridge for securing the .44 caliber rounds. The top row has thirty-four loops and the bottom row thirty-five. The tooled initials "JHM" have been darkened and are hardly visible. The 4" belt has two clipped corner buckles. The loops show wear with some split. Modest stitching loss, else fine.Auction Info
