Description
Engraved D. Moore Patent Single Action Revolver.Serial no. 5271 [base of barrel], .31 caliber, 4-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front bead sight. Blued finish. Top of barrel marked: D. MOORE PATENT SEPT 18 1860. Scroll engraved brass frame, triggerguard and backstrap. Smooth walnut one-piece grip panel.
Condition: Very good. Finish primarily a smooth grey patina with scattered signs of handling wear and very fine patches of pitting. Dings and scratches present to wood. Action good. Lightly pitted bore.
