Description
Scarce Colt Diamondback Model Double Action Revolver, 2nd Year of Production.Serial no. D7175 [frame and crane], .38 caliber, [scarce] 2 1/2-inch barrel with ventilated rib, fixed front sight and micrometer adjust rear sight. Blued finish. Rampant Colt to left side of frame. Checkered walnut grip panels with inlaid Colt medallions. Manufactured in 1967.
Condition: Very good. Retaining approximately 95-97% finish with thinning to relief edges, light handling wear and very fine patches of pitting. Few scattered scuffs present to wood. Crisp. Action. Bright bore.
