Colt Lightning Small Frame Slide Action Rifle AKA Colt Lightning Magazine Rifle (CLMR). Serial no. 13010, .22 caliber, 24-inch octagonal barrel with Standard fixed sights. Blued finish. Smooth walnut stock and fore-end. Checkered factory hard rubber buttplate. Manufactured in 1890.Condition: Good. Retaining traces of original finish, the balance a brownish grey age patina with noticeable wear, fine patches of pitting and trivial blue paint spots to both metal and wood. Wood showing scuffs, dings and bruises. Action good. Dark bore.
