Included with this lot is an original signed 1996 letter on Superior Stamp & Coin letterhead from Michael Orenstein to Jacques Bracke reading: "Per your request, this letter is to advise you that lots 1433-1452 from our October 26 Space Memorabilia auction sold to you are as genuine in all respects. The autographs were personally obtained by the consignor, who worked at the Cape and was personally involved with the local stamp club and had access to the NASA-KSC cancel handstamp which he used to apply black "proof" cachets as applicable to each card. This set of cards is a known item to Mr. Ken Havekotte, space collector/dealer in Merritt Island, Fla. He discussed the set with me prior to the sale and declared both the autographs and cachets to be fully genuine." From the Family Collection of Jacques Bracke
