Clement Vallandigham: CDV Group Image and Signature. A wonderful group shot of the gubernatorial candidate and Congressman from Ohio, Clement Vallandigham (seated far left). He is posed with several northern democrats, all "Copperheads", in an image which we have not seen before. Included with the CDV is a 2 3/4" x 5 1/4" card dated and signed by Vallandigham.

Condition: The CDV is in fine condition with just some minor blemishes not interfering with the image. The verso has old pencil notations identifying most of the various politicians and their positions in the photo. These include: Benjamin Wood, Thomas Seymour, George Pendleton, & George Pugh. The signed card is in very fine condition.
